Are you sexy......

I read a lot and always have, its just all sorts of books, and now I'm reading a book, that in the beginning was very heavy and I almost through it away, but I kept on reading, and now I am about to be finished with it. I am telling you it is so much truth, in this book, for example that cliche about being sexy, what is is that, is it they way you look, move, dress, or how much of  your body you show? 

There are so many women that misunderstand that word, sexy, and they are trying all there live to understand that, doing everything to being looked at, admired and most of all make other women's want to be like them, I have been there struggeling to been seen admired and been so unhappy about myself I  could not live up to the the standard of being sexy, and God did I try I took all method in use, but never got there.

Then I got a little bit closer to the truth about being sexy, I had to start with myself how I felt about myself where was my self-esteem who am I what is it that makes me feel good about maysef,it's has been a long journey and I think it never really ends, that book I'm reading now proofs that.

In that book the mother had to explain to her, daughters, what being sexy is, and she did it beautifully by telling them that sexy is whitin you, like and know yourself as you are, and like the way you look like how you think and how you feel, she does not try to change herself to fit into others idea of how she should be, she is not afraid to be herself, happy, angry, afraid, in love all these feelings are true feelings, her feelings and there is nothing to be ashamed of.

To be sexy is more about how you feel then about how you look.
